I made a fan site for the original R.B.I. Baseball game for the original Nintendo NES. It includes in-game player stats for batters and pitchers. If you are interested, you can check out this R.B.I. Baseball player guide here.
For the uninitiated R.B.I. Baseball is a video game originally developed and published by Namco in Japan as “Pro Yakyū Family Stadium” for the NES in 1986. A year later it was licensed and distributed in the US by Tengen, a subsidiary of Atari Games. As the first console game to feature Major League Baseball (MLB) players and teams under an official license from the MLB Players Association, R.B.I. Baseball gained significant popularity. The game offers a simplistic, arcade-style gameplay experience, allowing players to choose from various MLB teams and compete in single games or full seasons. Known for its engaging mechanics and nostalgic appeal, R.B.I. Baseball is regarded as a classic in the sports gaming genre, inspiring numerous sequels and modern remakes. Get an RBI Editor here.
